Two arrests in the area counties are in the report from the Missouri Highway Patrol. Tuesday at 1:55 pm in Sullivan County, Troopers arrested 59-year-old Clarence W Coursey of Humphreys for alleged DWI with alcohol – persistent offender, driving while suspended, speeding, no insurance, and no seatbelt. He was processed and released. At about 4:00 pm Tuesday, Troopers in Sullivan County arrested 31-year-old Jessica E Laabs of Milan for alleged possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, no seatbelt, no valid plates, and no insurance. She was also processed and released.
