The Highway Patrol said a motorcycle and SUV collided in Randolph County on Route M, 1 mile east of Moberly at 2:28 pm Wednesday. 28 year old Zachary T. Wickenheiser of Moberly was westbound when his motorcycle traveled across the centerline into the westbound lane and struck an eastbound SUV driven by 59 year old Sherry L. Gumm of Moberly on the left front of the vehicle. Wickenheiser was ejected from the motorcycle and received serious injuries. He was transported by ambulance to University Hospital in Columbia. Gumm had minor injuries but refused treatment at the scene.
