Milan basketball standout Cady Pauley announced on her Twitter page Wednesday, her commitment to play basketball next year for the University of Virginia. Pauley previously committed to Missouri State University in 2020. However, former Missouri State head coach Amaka Agugua-Hamilton was introduced as Virginia’s new head coach following the end of the Lady Bears’ season in mid-March. Pauley will graduate from Milan High School next month. She finished her career at Milan with over 3,000 points. Pauley averaged 33 points a game during her senior season to help lead Milan to its second straight district title.
