A Macon woman turned herself in to Macon Police the day after a physical altercation at the victim’s home in Macon recently. KTVO television in Kirksville reports 43 year old Jodi Buss of Macon is charged with assault, property damage and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. The woman who was assaulted told investigators that Buss came to her house and started hitting her in the face, scratching her and pulling her hair. The victim said she fought back and eventually got Buss out of her house. Police said Buss broke the woman’s glasses when she punched her in the face. The altercation took place in front of the victim’s three children, resulting in the endangering the welfare of a child charges. Buss is being held in the Macon County jail on $5,000 cash-only bond.
