Two were booked into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail for Livingston County. Thirty-four-year-old Justin Ray Winfrey of Marceline was arrested in Grundy County on a Livingston County warrant for an alleged bond violation. The warrant was issued in July of 2021 as Winfrey was on bond for a charge of alleged Tampering with a Motor Vehicle. His new bond is set at $20,000 cash only. Thirty-nine-year-old Cassie Kay Leeper of Milan was arrested in Livingston County on a Probation Violation warrant from her 2019 conviction for possession of a controlled substance. She is held with bond set at $20,000 cash only.
