State Troopers investigated a Serious Injury accident in Carroll County and reported an arrest in Linn County. Two Carrollton teens had serious injuries in a single-vehicle accident near Hale. State Troopers report 18-year-old Triniti L Gibson and 18-year-old Chrissy Wheeler were taken to Carroll County Memorial Hospital following the accident late Thursday night on County Road 100 near Hale. The report states 21-year-old Chance A Wadley of Sandia, Texas was driving the vehicle eastbound and slid off the roadway, striking the ditch. Gibson was wearing a safety belt. Wheeler was not wearing a safety belt. An Illinois woman was arrested in Linn County Friday night. State Troopers arrested 29-year-old Deanna W Awadallah of Campbell, IL at about 10:05 pm for alleged DWI with drugs and speeding. She was processed and released.
